Job Requirements
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Japanese Delivery/ Account
Manager to join our dynamic team in Mumbai/ Pune.
In this role, you will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle of IT professionals,
with a strong emphasis placing candidates within the Japanese market or for Japanese-
speaking roles.
You will leverage your Japan Market knowledge and skills to understand the Japanese
business culture and effectively engage with both candidates and clients and our
Recruitment Team.
- Full Recruitment Lifecycle: Manage the entire recruitment process, from
understanding client needs and developing job descriptions to sourcing, screening,
interviewing, and extending offers to candidates.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with
hiring managers in Japanese companies requiring Japanese-speaking IT
professionals. Understand their specific technical requirements, company culture,
and hiring timelines.
- Around 5+ Years in the Japan IT Services industry for IT Staffing & Recruitment
experience with at least 3 years in leadership positions Team leading and Delivery
Management areas (Contract & Permanent Staffing)
- Coordinating with the team and stakeholders to accomplish the given targets
- Should have a good technical understanding of the IT & Technology domain
