Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. This role will be responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment for tech functions, partnering with stakeholders, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for non-tech functions across all levels.
- Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, staying current on business and market trends.
- Provide expertise and guidance to stakeholders on recruitment strategies, talent availability, and hiring best practices.
- Drive sourcing strategies across multiple channels to build strong candidate pipelines.
- Ensure timely job postings, accurate updates, and effective candidate management through ATS.
- Collaborate with fellow recruiters to share talent pools and best practices.
- Track, measure, and achieve established metrics related to sourcing, offers, and hires.
- Demonstrate ownership in managing candidate pipelines and delivering a seamless recruitment experience.

- Experience: 24 years of relevant talent acquisition experience.
- Education: Any Graduate / Postgraduate.
- Skills & Attributes:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and consulting ability.
- Proactive, adaptable, and quick learner with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
- Ownership-driven mindset with problem-solving ability.
