Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. This role will be responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment for tech functions, partnering with stakeholders, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for non-tech functions across all levels.
  • Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, staying current on business and market trends.
  • Provide expertise and guidance to stakeholders on recruitment strategies, talent availability, and hiring best practices.
  • Drive sourcing strategies across multiple channels to build strong candidate pipelines.
  • Ensure timely job postings, accurate updates, and effective candidate management through ATS.
  • Collaborate with fellow recruiters to share talent pools and best practices.
  • Track, measure, and achieve established metrics related to sourcing, offers, and hires.
  • Demonstrate ownership in managing candidate pipelines and delivering a seamless recruitment experience.

What Were Looking For

  • Experience: 24 years of relevant talent acquisition experience.
  • Education: Any Graduate / Postgraduate.
  • Skills & Attributes:
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong stakeholder management and consulting ability.
    • Proactive, adaptable, and quick learner with attention to detail.
    • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
    • Ownership-driven mindset with problem-solving ability.
