Mechatronics and IOT R&D Engineer @ NTT DATA

Job Description

You will be working as a Hands-on R&D Engineer at a full-time, onsite position in Bangalore, with a focus on Product R&D (75%) and EdTech (25%). Your responsibilities will include: - Core Electronics - 3D Design using Fusion360, Solidworks, or Onshape and 3D Printing - IOT Development - PCB Designing Additional skills that would be beneficial for this role include: - Robotics development - Radio & Satellite Communication (RF Engineering) and Antenna Design - CANSAT / CubeSAT design and development - Experience with Laser Cutting, CNC, and Power Tools Moreover, having experience or knowledge in the following areas would be considered a plus: - Aero-modelling and Drone Development / Drone Pilot - CFD Analysis - Amateur Rocketry Experience (Avionics & Recovery Subsystems) As a STEM Educator, your tasks will involve conducting classroom sessions and developing curriculums for GiftdMinds students on topics such as Basic Electronics, IOT, 3D Design, and 3D Printing. You will also be responsible for carrying out hands-on science experiments, testing concepts, and building prototypes on weekdays. GiftdMinds is an R&D Product development and EdTech start-up that is recognized by NASSCOM Center of Excellence. They are dedicated to re-building the education system from scratch for children who aspire to pursue careers in fields such as Astronautics, Space Science, Aviation, Mechatronics Engineering, and Vertical Farming entrepreneurship. At GiftdMinds Research & Learning Center, they provide a cutting-edge environment for product design, alternate education, learning, and experimentation. In addition to working on their own tech products, they offer mentorship, tools, training, and safe testing spaces for young adults who are interested in the field of advanced science and technology research.,
