Automation Testing (Selenium - Java) - (5-8 @ Novature Tech

Job Description

Role Overview: As a Software Engineer/Senior Software Engineer/System Analyst, you will be responsible for automation testing using Selenium with core Java. Your main tasks will include test script development, code integration, script execution, job monitoring, failure analysis, script maintenance, and support. It is essential to have Agile working experience to prepare test data for identified test cases and scripts, share daily status and progress of automation scripts, and prepare manual test cases for functional requirements. You will also review Functional Test Scenarios, Test Cases, and traceability matrix to ensure the quality of test artifacts, identify test scenarios for non-functional requirements, retest defect fixes, and update Knowledge repositories and regression suite. Key Responsibilities: - Develop test scripts using Selenium IDE and integrate code in alignment with the framework - Execute test scripts, monitor jobs, analyze failures, and maintain and support scripts - Prepare test data for identified test cases and share daily status and progress of automation scripts - Prepare manual test cases for identified test scenarios to meet functional requirements - Review Functional Test Scenarios, Test Cases, and traceability matrix for quality assurance - Identify test scenarios for non-functional requirements, retest defect fixes, and update Knowledge repositories and regression suite Qualifications Required: - 5-8 years of experience in automation testing - Proficiency in Automation Testing with Selenium and core Java - Experience in Agile methodology - Knowledge of Agile, DevOps, Selenium, and Java - Familiarity with tools such as JBDS, Angular JS, JIRA, and Confluence is an advantage (Note: No additional details about the company were provided in the job description),
