Job Description
- Role Overview: As an Assistant Professor in the IT Department at Avviare Education Hub, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality lectures for undergraduate and postgraduate programs in core IT subjects such as Programming Languages, Data Structures, Algorithms, Computer Networks, and Software Engineering. Additionally, you will conduct impactful research, mentor students, participate in curriculum development, and contribute to institutional development through various activities. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver high-quality lectures for undergraduate and postgraduate programs in core IT subjects including Programming Languages, Data Structures, Algorithms, Computer Networks, and Software Engineering. - Conduct impactful research and contribute to academic publications in reputed journals and conferences. - Guide and mentor students in academic projects, research activities, and career development. - Participate in curriculum development, academic planning, and review processes. - Contribute to institutional development through active participation in committees, workshops, seminars, and outreach programs. - Foster academic collaboration with fellow faculty members to enhance the quality and relevance of teaching programs. Qualification Required: - Postgraduate degree in Information Technology or a related field (M.Tech / M.Sc. / MCA). - NET qualification is preferred; Ph.D. holders are strongly encouraged to apply. - Demonstrated teaching experience or potential at the college/university level. - Strong research background, with publications in peer-reviewed journals (preferred). - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.,
