- As a DVP / VP - Debt Product Head at one of the leading wealth management companies, your role will involve driving the vision, strategy, and execution for debt product offerings. Your deep understanding of the lending and collections lifecycle, financial regulations, and consumer needs will be crucial in managing the entire product lifecycle, aiming to reduce delinquency rates and enhance the customer experience. Your experience with debt instruments for wealth management, private wealth, or private credit funds will play a vital role in this position. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and manage the product roadmap for debt products, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and customer needs. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver innovative solutions. - Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user interviews to gather insights and identify new product opportunities. - Define product requirements, prioritize features, and enhance digital-first debt strategies using technologies like AI and automation. - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and mitigate risk in product development and processes. - Define key performance indicators, analyze product performance data, and drive continuous product improvements. - Communicate the product vision, progress, and outcomes to internal and external stakeholders effectively. **Qualifications and Skills:** - Proven experience as a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager focusing on lending, collections, debt management, or financial products. - Strong understanding of the debt lifecycle and relevant regulatory frameworks. - Familiarity with modern software development practices, APIs, data analytics tools, and financial technologies. - Ability to use data and analytical skills for decision-making and measuring product success. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. - Customer-first approach with a strong ability to understand and address user needs. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, complex, and evolving environment. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field required; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.,
