Job Description

Role Overview: As the State Head - Cross Sell (SME Loans) in the SME Loans department, your primary responsibility will be to source loans from the market through DSAs/DSTs and existing channel partners to build a quality portfolio. You will manage a team, cultivate strong relationships, promote cooperation, and communicate effectively across various mediums while adhering to the bank's policies and guidelines. Your execution of tasks should support sales objectives and mitigate risks to contribute to the bank's overall goals. Key Responsibilities: - Source and manage channels in the market to acquire business - Maintain a high-quality portfolio by minimizing delinquency and rejection rates - Possess extensive knowledge of retail assets, products, operations, and market trends - Identify market trends and develop channels for business acquisition - Deliver excellent customer service - Suggest enhancements to processes and policies in Retail Banking to enhance operational efficiencies and customer service quality Qualification Required: - Graduation degree in any field - Post-graduation degree in MBA or PGDM - 5-10 years of relevant experience in the industry,
