Job Description
- As a Network/System Administrator with 3-5 years of experience, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Responsible for overall incident and request management for the IT operation - Manage infrastructure changes following the change management process - Apply problem management process to recurring incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and implement workaround fixes - Configure networks, install operating systems, software, and hardware according to IT standards - Support local IT projects and collaborate with vendors when necessary - Provide end-user education on new technology and tools - Plan and schedule preventive maintenance to ensure system availability and minimal service disruptions - Maintain an up-to-date inventory of IT assets using GLPI tool - Conduct regular performance reviews with vendors and ensure service improvements - Create and update technical documentation to support IT services - Be available for on-call duties and cover other sites as needed - Generate management reports on infrastructure operations, incident statistics, and performance metrics - Collaborate with the Cybersecurity Team to enhance security controls - Familiarity with cloud deployments, especially Microsoft Azure and AWS, is an advantage In addition, the job is based in Delhi NCR/Mumbai.,
