Job Description

As a Pastry Chef at Yellow Rose, you will be part of the founding team of our minimalist, vegetarian, modern bakery caf in Faridabad. We believe in flavor over flash, quiet elegance over noise, and craft over convenience. Your role will involve creating and executing a menu of contemporary, clean, and seasonal bakery items, carrying out pre-launch and post-launch trials, experimenting with minimalistic aesthetics, and shaping the identity of the caf with the founding team. You will also be responsible for training junior staff and maintaining standards from day one. We are looking for someone experienced, self-motivated, curious to learn and improvise, and passionate about baking. **Key Responsibilities:** - Creating and executing a menu of contemporary, clean, and seasonal bakery items - Carrying out pre-launch and post-launch trials with finesse - Experimenting with minimalistic aesthetics - Working closely with the founding team to shape the identity of the caf - Training junior staff and maintaining standards from day one **Qualifications Required:** - Pastry school graduate, self-taught maverick, or former home baker with flair - Vision and experience in the field - Tired of big city chaos and seeking purpose in small-town peace - Belief in creative food, clean aesthetics, and meaningful work - A doer, not just a dreamer - Ability to find peace in chaos If you are ready to co-create something lasting in a humble but honest startup environment, where your ideas will be valued, and you have a passion for baking, email us at hidden_email with the subject "Pastry Chef Application".
