Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain the features and benefits of Two-Wheeler and Personal Loan products.
Handle inbound queries related to loan eligibility, documentation, and application status.
Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and convert them into customers.
Guide customers through the loan application process and assist with documentation requirements.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update CRM systems regularly.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for lead generation and loan conversion.
Provide excellent customer service to build trust and long-term relationships.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate.
0 to 7 years of experience in Telecalling/Tele-sales/Customer Support (BFSI experience preferred).
Good communication skills in English and local languages (Hindi/Kannada/Tamil, etc.).
Basic knowledge of loan products will be an added advantage.
Target-driven, self-motivated, and customer-oriented.

Compensation:

Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives based on performance.
