Job Description
Understanding for advanced networking and security concepts.
Lead complex troubleshooting and root cause analysis for Forescout NAC platform issues.
Expert level Administration experience and knowledge in Forescout NAC.
Develop custom policies and advanced rule set within Forescout CounterACT.
Optimize and secure NAC workflows, automating remediation and compliance enforcement.
Implement and tune integrations with third-party security platforms.
Own escalations and ability to resolve the issues.
Ability to systematically diagnose connectivity issues at both the device and network infrastructure levels.
Conduct periodic health checks, performance tuning, and system upgrades.
Create technical documentation for solutions and advanced operational procedures.
Ability to advise on NAC best practices and advanced fixes.
Participate in security incident investigations requiring NAC log forensics.
Drive continuous improvement of NAC rulesets, ensuring alignment with evolving security requirements.
Flexible for 16/5 coverage and support.
Strong communication skills for coordinating with IT, Security, and Compliance teams
