Associate Consultant @ Incedo

As a Senior Technical Lead - Business Analysis at Incedo, you will be responsible for understanding and documenting business requirements and translating them into technical specifications. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to work closely with stakeholders to identify and solve business problems.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead requirements gathering and analysis efforts, ensuring that all stakeholders' needs are understood and translated into clear, concise, and complete requirements
Conduct feasibility studies and impact analysis to identify potential risks, issues, and opportunities related to proposed changes or solutions
Develop and maintain project documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, use cases, and user stories
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and project managers, to ensure that requirements are understood and implemented correctly
Facilitate communication and collaboration between business stakeholders and technical teams
Conduct business process modeling and analysis to identify areas for process improvement
Develop and maintain domain knowledge in the business area(s) supported by the organization
Participate in the development and implementation of business analysis best practices and standards.
Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment, promoting open communication and teamwork.
Demonstrate strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to perform at their best.

Skills Requirements:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and management.
Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
Proficiency with business intelligence (BI) tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve organizational goals.
Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to help employees grow and develop professionally and focus on Career Management.

Candidate should be familiar to the tech-stack of the Product they have worked on & can also do Data Analysis. this is BA & DA role both

BA who understands Functional, Technical & can do Data Analysis as well

8-10 years of work experience in relevant field
B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech or MCA degree from a reputed university. Computer science background is preferred
