Job Description

What will your role look like

  • Define, guide, and support the execution of technical governance processes for ServiceNow HRSD.
  • Help develop standards and best practices for maintaining the ServiceNow architecture and platform health.
  • Guide the design and implementation of a platform operating model to achieve desired outcomes and foster end-user adoption.
  • Provide technical evaluation of demands against platform capabilities, architecture, and best practices.
  • Lead ServiceNow HRSD module implementations including HR Case, HR Catalog, COEs, and Topic Categories.
  • Drive integrations, Flow Designer workflows, approval flows, record producers, and validations.
  • Offer technical guidance, code reviews, and enforcement of ServiceNow best practices across the team.
  • Assess instance health, including performance, manageability, usability, scalability, upgradability, and security, and support remediation efforts.

We would like you to bring along

  • Strong experience with ServiceNow HRSD modules, including HR Case, HR Catalog, COEs, and Topic Categories.
  • Hands-on expertise with Flow Designer, Workflow, Approval Flows, Record Producers, and Validations.
  • Proven ability to guide teams technically, perform code reviews, and enforce best practices.
  • Experience establishing enterprise-wide technical architecture and implementation strategies.
  • Knowledge of platform governance, performance optimization, and risk mitigation.

Good-to-have skills

  • Experience with Knowledge Management in ServiceNow.
  • Familiarity with instance health assessments (performance, scalability, security).
  • Prior exposure to integration design and platform-wide solution guidance.
  • Ability to mentor and grow platform teams, driving innovation and value delivery.
