JD for the role:
An Oracle Project Manager - responsible for planning, executing, and delivering Oracle-ERP Application Development projects. This includes coordinating teams, managing resources, ensuring adherence to timelines, and mitigating risks. They also work with clients to understand requirements.
Specific Skills and Experience:
- Overall experience is 15+ years of IT experience with project management experience of 5 years.
- Strong understanding of Oracle ERP R12 products and technologies and worked as techno functional in implementations and enhancement projects is a must.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple small to medium application development projects simultaneously.
- Experience in risk management and issue resolution.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
