Your Role

As a Datacom Test/Lead Manager, you will:

Lead and contribute to the creation oftesting strategiesandtest plans.
Driveautomation initiativesusingPythonand other scripting languages.
PerformDatacom testingacross various networking protocols.
Conductperformance and throughput testingto ensure system reliability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

In this role, you will:

Apply hands-on experience in automation usingPython.
Work with protocols such asISIS,BGP,BFD,MPLS, andNetconf.
Develop and maintain automation frameworks and scripts.
Ensure comprehensive test coverage and documentation.
Support continuous improvement in testing processes and tools.

Your Profile

8-15 years of experience innetwork testing and automation.
Strong scripting skills inPythonor other relevant languages.
Deep understanding ofnetworking protocolsandDatacom technologies.
Experience intest strategy,planning, andexecution.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
