Job Title: Front-End Technical Architect / Senior Front-End Technical Lead
Location: Bangalore /Mumbai
Experience: 12+ Years (with minimum 5+ years in front-end architecture/leadership)

Overview
Seeking a Front-End to lead the front-end strategy, set engineering standards, and drive the delivery of modern, scalable solutions. This role calls for a hands-on leader with proven expertise in React, Next.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, and cloud deployment on AWS and Azure. Beyond technical mastery, the ideal candidate will bring strong capabilities in solution architecture, Solution and technical proposal review, presales engagement, estimations, and stakeholder management. The candidate should be able to serve as both a technology visionary and business partner, inspiring teams, guiding innovation, and representing our front-end capabilities with impact in client and leadership forums. Should have a vision for AI adoption in front-end engineering - leveraging tools for intelligent code generation, automated testing, performance optimization and personalized user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide architectural direction for scalable, secure, and maintainable front-end applications.
- Oversee the design and implementation of solutions using React, Next.js, Angular, Node.js, TypeScript, and other modern frameworks.
- Ensure seamless integration with backend APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms.
- Drive performance optimization, responsive design, and accessibility compliance.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to streamline CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
- Guarantee production readiness, scalability, and high availability of deployed solutions.
- Establish and lead a front-end engineering community, mentoring developers and promoting best practices.
- Contribute to presales activities including solution design, estimations, proposals, and client presentations.
Technical Skills
- Strong expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js.
- Deep understanding of front-end architecture patterns and micro frontends.
- Proficiency with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and third-party platform integrations.
- Hands-on experience in AWS and Azure for deployment, scaling, and monitoring.
- Knowledge of responsive design, performance tuning, and accessibility standards.
- Exposure to Angular or Vue frameworks is a plus.
Leadership & Business Skills
- Proven track record as a Technical Architect or senior leader in front-end development.
- Strong experience in estimation, solutioning, and presales support.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and client-facing presentation skills.
- Ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and simply.
- Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Passion for mentoring, enabling teams, and driving innovation.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional and global teams.
Added Advantage
- Experience in mobile native app development (iOS, Android).
- Hands-on knowledge of cross-platform frameworks such as React Native, Xamarin, Flutter, or Ionic.
- Understanding of mobile-first design principles and integration with front-end and backend systems.
- Ability to define unified strategies for web and mobile ecosystems.
Education
- B.E. / B.Tech. / MCA / M.Tech. in Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
