Job Description

Crafting exceptional digital experiences for customers is at the heart of this role. As a UI/UX Designer, you will collaborate closely with product management, engineering, and business stakeholders to create intuitive and user-centric solutions. We seek a passionate and talented designer with a proven track record of creating user-centered products. A strong understanding of mobile-first and responsive design principles is essential.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design and Deliver: Develop wireframes, user stories, journeys, and mock-ups optimized for various devices and platforms.
• Problem-Solving: Identify design challenges and implement innovative solutions.
• Strategic Decision Making: Contribute to high-level design and UX decisions that align with business objectives.
• Technical Proficiency: Demonstrate expertise in design software (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision Studio, Framer, UXPin, Origami Studio) and possess foundational HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills.
• User-Centric Approach: Leverage UX best practices, including user research, A/B testing, prototyping, and accessibility considerations.
• Iterative Design: Continuously refine designs based on user feedback and insights.
• Effective Communication: Clearly articulate design rationales and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelors degree in design or any related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in the UI/UX field.
• Proficiency in design software, attention to detail, and the ability to create pixel-perfect designs.
• Knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Knowledge of user experience research methodologies.
• Experience with A/B testing and data analysis.
• Proficiency in prototyping tools (InVision, ProtoPie, etc.).
• Shift timings: 10am to 7pm.
