Intouch CX is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our International Non-Voice Chat Support Team. As a Customer Support Associate, you will interact with global customers through live chat, ensuring top-notch support and a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries via live chat with professionalism and empathy
  
• Provide accurate and timely responses using internal tools and resources
  
• Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments
  
• Maintain high-quality standards while managing multiple chat interactions
  
• Contribute to team goals and continuous process improvement
  

Candidate Requirements:

• Excellent written communication skills in English
  
• Fast and accurate typing skills
  
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
  
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  
• Comfortable with rotational shifts, including night shifts (24/7 operations)
  

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / High School Diploma
  
• Graduates and Postgraduates are also eligible
  
• Freshers are welcome; experience in chat/customer support is a plus
  
• Must be able to pass background verification
