Role: Big Data Architect

Essential Skills: Data Architecture, Hadoop, Spark

Must-Have Skills

• Strong experience in Hadoop Big Data ecosystem tools & technologies (Hive, Spark/PySpark).
• Hands-on expertise in Data Architecture patterns and techniques.
• End-to-end knowledge of Architecture layers Data Ingestion, Data Storage, Data Visualization, Governance, and Analytics.
• Experience working with multiple Data & Analytics technologies.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Exposure to Cloud Data Platforms such as Azure or AWS.
• Strong understanding of Data Warehousing / Data Lake concepts.
• Domain experience in BFSI (Banking & Financial Services).

Responsibilities / Expectations

• Perform Data Inventory and Mapping.
• Define and develop Data Architecture Strategy.
• Design and implement Data Architecture Blueprints.
• Establish and maintain a Data Governance Framework.
• Conduct Data Gap Analysis and recommend solutions.
• Identify and promote reusable components for efficiency.
