Role & responsibilities
- End to end recruitment for IT and Non- IT recruitment
- Handling full cycle of recruitment from requirement understanding to sourcing of candidates through an in-house database, using job portals, and referrals.
- Short-listing the candidates based on the requirement.
- Prepare candidates for client interviews by providing them pertinent information on the job requirement, hiring managers, team environment, and client company background.
- Coordination with the candidates and clients.
- knowledge in the end-to-end recruitment life cycle, understanding manpower requirements, posting jobs, Sourcing, Scheduling Training & Development Build networks to find qualified passive candidates.
- Communicating employer information and benefits during the screening process completing timely reports on employment
- Should be proficient with various channels of sourcing Job Portals, Professional networking sites Social Media, and Employee references
- Using different portals to source and screen candidates.
