Arsenius Skill Capital is Hiring Accounts & Billing Executive (Travel & Tourism) for a Leading UK Based Travel Company
Location: Work From Home
CTC: up to 6 LPA
Requisite:
Applicants with 5+ yrs of experience in Travel Accounting (Mandatory)
*** Willing to Work UK Shift***
Control on the day to day payout verification.
Air & land vendor cost verification with cost sheet and billing.
Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable & Billing
Handling Outward/Inward Remittance for International Tour Packages, Hotel bookings, Car Rental, Sightseeing
Coordinate with the vendor, contracting, operation team for clearance of suppliers invoices & get the necessary approval.
Strong & aggressive follow up for outstanding with client through email & calls
Suppliers Reconciliation
Account reconciliation of Corporate Clients
Preparing the Foreign Remittance
Accounts Receivable
Closing all the files before the departure date.
Sending weekly Debtor outstanding reports to the sales team and follow-up for the same.
Preferred knowledge in Forex.
* Need to have own computer system to work on.
09 hour Shifts 06 Days working
Office Hours Timing 1400 hours IST 0500 IST
