Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Create innovative and trend-driven jewellery designs (Gold, Diamond, Polki, Kundan, and Contemporary).
- Develop detailed sketches, 2D/3D CAD designs, and technical drawings for production.
- Research global jewellery trends, gemstones, and market preferences to design commercially viable collections.
- Work closely with production, merchandising, and marketing teams to ensure design feasibility and brand alignment.
- Maintain and update design archives, mood boards, and seasonal design concepts.
- Collaborate with artisans, karigars, and craftsmen to translate designs into finished masterpieces.
- Ensure timely delivery of designs for new launches, exhibitions, and custom orders.
Requirements:
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Jewellery Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Jewellery Designer (preferably with reputed brands or luxury jewelers).
- Strong proficiency in software (Rhino, Matrix, CorelDraw, Illustrator, or similar).
- Excellent sketching and visualization skills.
- In-depth knowledge of gemstones, metals, settings, and manufacturing techniques.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to balance aesthetics with functionality.
