Human Resource Recruiter (End to End Recruitment)
- Location: Hyderabad.
- Mode: Work from Office.
- Shift: Day Shift .
- Working Days: 6 Days.
- Qualification: Any Graduate.
- Age: Max Up-to 29 Years.
- Preffered: Female Candidates.
Overview:
We are looking for a Recruiter to join our Human Resources department and oversee our full-cycle recruiting. Will be responsible in sourcing of candidates through various channels, planning interview and selection procedures and hosting or participating in career events. To be successful in this role, you should be able to develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires.
Ultimately, you will create strong talent pipelines for our companies current and future hiring needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
- Create and post job descriptions across platforms.
- Source large volumes of candidates using job boards, social media, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and assess candidate readiness.
- Coordinate interviews and client feedback, ensuring timely communication.
- Communicate offers and manage negotiation processes.
- Provide regular reports on hiring metrics.

Salary:
Freshers:
First 3 Months : 15,000 (Additional Incentives & Performance Bonuses Available).
After 3 Months: 20,000 in hand(Additional Incentives & Performance Bonuses Available).
Experienced: 0 to 2 years Up to 25,000 in hand.(Additional Incentives & Performance Bonuses Available).
