Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive YouTube content strategy aligned with NoBroker's marketing goals, brand voice, and business objectives.
• Stay updated on YouTube algorithm changes, platform features, and emerging content formats.
• Lead the ideation, research, storyboarding, and scriptwriting for a diverse range of video content
• Collaborate with the social media & production team to develop cross-promotional strategies for YouTube content across other platforms.
• Manage content calendars, timelines, and resources effectively.
• Prepare regular reports on channel performance, growth metrics, and ROI, presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Experience and Requirements

• Proven experience incontent creation (On Camera) and YouTube channel management for abrand, with a demonstrated history of scaling subscribers, views, and engagement metrics significantly.
• A strongportfolio showcasing successful YouTube channelsor video campaigns you have directly contributed to growing is mandatory.
• Exceptional storytelling and scriptwriting abilities,with a knack for creating compelling narratives.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and curious about emerging trends and technologies in online video.
• Professional presence on camera & ability to improvise in a live on-camera setting.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• The candidate is expected to have advanced proficiency in both verbal & written English. Fluency in Hindi speaking & articulation.
• Active social media presence & knowledge is a plus.
