Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
PRA India Private Limited is hiring for Full time Design Coordinator for Delhi location
- Manage architectural design projects from conceptualization to completion, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality designs.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Develop detailed drawings using AutoCAD, Revit Architecture, SketchUp, etc., adhering to company standards and client requirements.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards throughout the design process.
- Review and coordinate structural designs for building projects.
- Ensure smooth communication between project teams and consultants.
- Assist in resolving design-related issues during execution.
- Maintain proper documentation of drawings and design communications.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3-5 years of experience in structural design coordination or related field (architecture/engineering).
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or Civil Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.).
- Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Revit Architecture, SketchUp; knowledge of BIM tools like Navisworks is an added advantage.
- Should be open to travel to Head Office, Raipur, as and when required.
