Senior Medical Coder @ NDS Infoserv

Job Description

NDS InfoServ, a leading software and BPO services company with over 20 years of experience in providing RCM services to leading US healthcare providers, is seeking a skilled and motivated Medical Coding Expert to join our US Healthcare team in Andheri, Mumbai.

About the Role:

As a Medical Coding Expert, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and efficient medical coding processes for our US healthcare clients.

Candidates with higher or more experience can be considered for Team Leader role.

You will be responsible for:

• Production Planning and Monitoring: Ensuring accurate and efficient medical coding.
• Escalation Management: Effectively handle escalations and provide timely solutions to medical coding challenges.

Position: Sr Medical Coder

Location: Andheri (West), Mumbai. This is an in-office position; relocation is required

What You Bring:

• Coding Expertise: Extensive experience (4+ years) in medical coding, including E&M I/P O/P, ED, Profee.
• Denial Management: Solid understanding of coding guidelines and ability to identify and resolve denials due to incorrect coding.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong command of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding guidelines
• Certifications: CPC or CCS certification is required.
• Education: Graduate/Postgraduate degree in a relevant discipline.
