Job Title: PLC Programmer/Engineer
Location: Mumbai, India

We are a leading company in dairy automation, committed to enhancing productivity for dairy industries globally. We are looking for a highly skilled PLC Programmer/Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain programmable logic controller (PLC) programs for automated machinery and processes. You will play a key role in troubleshooting and improving automation systems, ensuring the smooth operation of production processes. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop PLC programs for automated dairy processing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve PLC and system issues to minimize downtime.
• Integrate PLCs with SCADA, HMI, and other control systems.
• Perform testing, commissioning, and maintenance of automation systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety and dairy industry standards.
• Document system processes and provide training to operators and staff.

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in PLC programming and automation systems.
• Experience with SCADA and HMI development.
• Knowledge of robotics and motion control systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Skills:
Proficiency in PLC programming languages (e.g., Ladder Logic, Structured Text, Function Block Diagram).
Experience with popular PLC platforms (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Schneider Electric).
Strong understanding of electrical systems, sensors, actuators, and control devices.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP).Contact HRChaitanya Chavan
