Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Executive with 3-9 years of experience to manage sourcing, vendor negotiations, and procurement operations. The ideal candidate will ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services while maintaining quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery speed.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with vendors.
- Raise purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Maintain procurement records and documentation.
- Collaborate with internal departments to understand procurement needs.
- Monitor inventory levels and forecast future requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement standards.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
- Knowledge of procurement best practices and vendor management.
