Process:- HSBC

Inbound customer service related to credit cards
Partial cross selling of credit card schemes and product offerings

Qualification:-

GRADUATE WITH 6 months or more BPO inbound voice customer service experience
GRADUATION MANDATORY

DAY SHIFT ROTATIONAL:-

Any day shift of 9 hours
with a 1 hour break

Salary:- Upto 32K CTC
