Designation: Process Executive Voice & Chat (Blended)
Educational Background: Minimum Graduate
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to communicate with customers, with customer centric mindset
- Excellent documentation skills
- Good comprehension skills - ability to clearly understand and state the issues customers present
- Ability to concentrate follow customers issues without distraction to resolution
- Good composition skills ability to compose a grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written response
- Work successfully in a team environment as well as independently
- Familiarity with Windows, Microsoft Office & Browsing Internet resources
- Excellent typing skills
- Demonstrates ownership to resolve challenging customer issues, escalating when necessary
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Resolving Technical complex queries
- Drive continuous improvement through root cause identification and defect elimination
Shifts: Rotational/ Flexibility to work in night shift (24*7)
Work location: HYD - permanent work from office.
Job Description for Experienced

Designation: Senior Process Executive Voice & Chat (Blended)
Educational Background: Minimum Graduate
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Should have prior experience of handling Calls or Chats for North America or EMEA or AU/NZ /SG - based English processes (For Customer/ Technical / Product support team)
- Should have experience in handling back-to-back calls or concurrent chats (Minimum:2)
- Ability to communicate correctly and clearly with all customers with customer centric mindset
- Excellent documentation skills
- Good comprehension skills ability to clearly understand and state the issues customers present
- Ability to concentrate follow customers issues without distraction to resolution
- Good composition skills ability to compose a grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written response
- Work successfully in a team environment as well as independently
