Experience: 12 to 16 years

We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee pre-opening hotel projects. Responsibilities include managing construction, interior design, MEP, vendor management, and snagging.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage pre-opening projects, ensuring timely completion and quality standards
- Oversee interior design, MEP, construction, and vendor management
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Identify and resolve snagging issues, ensuring compliance with brand standards
Requirements:
1. Experience:
- 12-16 years of experience in pre-opening hotel projects or similar industry (construction, hospitality, or facilities management)
- Proven track record of managing large-scale projects
2. Project Management Skills:
- Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools
- Ability to plan, execute, and monitor projects
3. Technical Knowledge:
- Familiarity with construction processes, MEP systems, and interior design
- Knowledge of relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards
4. Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and team members
5. Problem-Solving and Adaptability:
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities
Preferred Qualifications: B.E, B.Tec. Civ. Engg.
- Hotel industry experience
- PMP certification
- Knowledge of industry-specific software and tools
