Job Description
- Maintaining Corporate Database & Maintaining All Meeting schedule to Corporate Strategy.
- Coordinating Corporate Events at University.
- Keeping Telephonic Coordination and trave lPlan of Corporate Officials for the Event.
- Centre for Executive Education CEE Coordinator.
- Coordinating of Transportation Booking and Hotel booking for corporate guests.
- Accounts related Travel plan and Events & Preparation of budget Statement.
- Faculty Coordination for respective Events, of respective Departments both B- Tech & Non B - Tech.
- Internships Coordination proposal Correspondence to different Companies and follow-up.
- Preparation of Corporate Guest Schedule to both Vijayawada and Hyderabad Campuses, for Techno-Management Fests, Women's Day Events, and so on
- Corporate Correspondence Courtesies and mapping with Academic Events, Workshops and Symposiums
- Coordinating National & International Conferences across branches with respect to Corporate Guest's in alignment with Department Faculty Coordinator
- In charge for Internship across branches with top most Companies.
- Coordinating Events at University & across globe
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
