Job Location: Pune (Hybrid)
Role: Sr. Ab Initio/Wherescape Support Lead
Skills: L2/L3 Support, Production, Ab Initio or Wherescape, Database (Any), Teradata
Experience: 7 to 10 Years
Role Purpose: Semantic Operations Lead L2 and L3 Support and enhancement of
Semantic DWH
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Root case analysis including running deep dive into tools described above- abstraction and adapting successful solutions to new and matchable issues
- Flexible thinking, means applying general advices/descriptions to specific cases
- Differentiation of e.g. important and urgent, means prioritizing the right way
- Broken jobs handling
- Error handling
- Error log maintenance
- Stakeholder management
- Bug Fixing and enhancement in the code
- Agile Development
- ITIL process
Core competencies, knowledge and
experience:
- Min 4-6 years of exp in Wherescape/Abitio, Teradata, GCPDockers, Unix
- Total 7 years of Exp in IT
