A global travel company is seeking an candidate of our Artificial Intelligence Strategy to contribute to the development of integrating Artificial Intelligence tools into our workflows. .
As an AI Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Artificial Intelligence tools to assist customer on the website find the information related to travel experiences, both within our own company website and from third party sources
Responsibilities
- Design and implement Artificial Intelligence procedures such as Chabot solutions using industry-leading technologies and frameworks.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into functional AI features.
- Implement Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques to enable accurate understanding and generation of human-like responses.
- Integrate AI workflows within external systems, APIs, and databases to fetch and deliver data as required.
- Design and implement dialog management systems to handle user interactions and maintain context.
- Optimize AI performance and usability by refining conversational flows and user interfaces.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging to identify and resolve issues, ensuring the AI functions reliably and efficiently.
- Stay up to date with the latest advancements in NLP, AI, technologies to incorporate innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and data scientists, to deliver high-quality AI solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers as needed.
- Document technical specifications, processes, and best practices to ensure knowledge sharing and maintainable code.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Chatbot Developer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of AI projects.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python.
- Experience in any RDBMS and NoSQL databases
- In-depth knowledge of NLP techniques, libraries, and frameworks, such as NLTK, spaCy, or BERT.
- Familiarity with AI frameworks and platforms, such as Dialog flow, Rasa, or Microsoft Bot Framework.
- Experience in integrating AI such as Co-pilot and ChatGPT APIs.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to design and implement effective AI solutions.
- Excellent understanding of software development principles, including version control, testing, and debugging.
- Knowledge of UX design principles and conversational UI design.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
