Role Overview
We are looking for a Content Lead to own the strategy, execution, and delivery of our content across multiple formatsblogs, videos, social media, newsletters, podcasts, and more. The role is less about being a subject-matter expert in financial markets and more about building and scaling a content ecosystem that educates, engages, and builds trust with our audience. The ideal candidate is a strong storyteller, a strategic thinker, and an execution champion who can manage creators, agencies, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, impactful content.
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Leadership
- Define and execute the end-to-end content strategy aligned with business, brand, and growth goals.
- Ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and messaging across all formats and channels.
- Build and manage a dynamic content calendar covering educational, engagement-driven, and campaign-specific content.
- Collaborate with subject-matter experts for accuracy, while ensuring content is accessible and engaging.
Content Creation & Formats
- Oversee the creation of:
- Written Content: Blogs, articles, newsletters, FAQs, and long-form explainers.
- Video Content: Market explainers, how-to guides, product walk-throughs, short-form reels.
- Social Media: Infographics, real-time updates, campaigns, and interactive engagement formats.
- Audio Content: Podcasts, daily/weekly updates, and interviews with experts.
- Flagship Content: Annual reports, whitepapers, research collaborations, and case studies.
Execution & Performance
- Manage internal teams, agencies, and freelancers to deliver high-quality, on-time content.
- Ensure maximum reach by leveraging SEO, social distribution, paid boosts, and partnerships.
- Track performance across channels, measure ROI of content initiatives, and refine strategy accordingly.
Team & Stakeholder Management
- Lead a small team of writers, video producers, and designers.
- Partner with product, marketing, PR, and external experts to create integrated campaigns.
- Manage agency relationships and oversee deliverables.
Qualifications & Skills
- 69 years of experience in content marketing, brand communications, or digital media, with at least 23 years in a leadership role.
- Proven ability to build and execute multi-format content strategies.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
- Excellent writing/editing skills and a keen sense of storytelling.
- Familiarity with SEO, analytics, and digital content best practices.
- Experience managing agencies, freelancers, and creative teams.
