AEM Ops/Support

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and maintain AEM environments (author and publish instances) to ensure 99.9% uptime.

Troubleshoot production issues, coordinate with development teams, and manage incident resolution.

Perform deployments, environment configurations, and support Adobe Cloud infrastructure.

Maintain logs and alerts using tools like Splunk and Adobe Analytics.
