Civil Site Engineer @ Janapriya Ventures

Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Execute civil works as per CPWD specifications, without compromising quality.

Coordinate daily with Project Manager, client engineers, and contractors to meet targets.

Monitor manpower and material availability to avoid delays.

Ensure DPR (Daily Progress Report) data is shared with HO team regularly.

Supervise site activities, manage labor teams, and ensure work progress as per plan.

Report daily progress and coordinate with Site Engineers.

Monitor site safety, housekeeping, and contractor compliance.

Qualifications:

Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Preferred)

Strong understanding of CPWD norms, specifications & documentation

Excellent communication & coordination skills

Must be ready for on-site deployment and flexible shifts (Day/Evening)
