Key Responsibilities

As an HR Executive (Recruitment), your role will include:

Proactively sourcing candidates through online platforms and job portals.
Screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and evaluating candidates for both skill and cultural fit.
Shortlisting candidates and collaborating with hiring managers to finalize hiring decisions.
