Job Description:
Hiring the Riders for Grocery / Store (Hyperlocal Business)
Identify and source the riders through different channels like on fields.
Respective Store TL will be assigned one particular store all over the city
Client shipments have to be delivered through the newly hired riders.
Coordinate with internal teams to fix any escalation from riders with regards to activation.
Attendance Management
Payout Management

Preferred Competencies:
Delivery Rider Hiring Experience
Field Sales / Marketing experience.
Good communication in a Regional Language (Preferably Hindi)
Minimum Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification - 12th and Above with experience
Age - 19 to 35 years
Preferred Ownership - Android phone + Own Bike or Scooter
Functional Regional language (Ability to speak & read is a must)
Min 1 year of work experience is preferred.
