As a Web Developer and E-Commerce Specialist, your role will involve: - Website & Conversion Optimization to enhance user experience and drive conversions - E-commerce Platform Management to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction - Execution of Digital Marketing Campaigns to promote products and services effectively - Creation of Creative Content & Brand Identity to maintain a strong brand presence - Engaging with customers for feedback and improving customer experience - Implementing SEO strategies and leveraging Analytics for data-driven decisions - Contributing to Innovation in the digital space - Managing projects efficiently and collaborating with team members for successful outcomes Qualifications required: - Educational background in BE (IT), B.Tech, or MCA - 0-1 years of relevant experience The company also offers benefits such as paid sick time, paid time off, provident fund, and a yearly bonus.
