Job Description

- Lead Conversion & Deal Closure:
- Engage with qualified leads (inbound and outbound) and convert them into property bookings.
- Effectively manage client meetings, property walkthroughs, site visits, and negotiations to close deals.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for future referrals and repeat business.
- Provide high-level customer service and address client queries promptly.
- Coordination & Follow-up:
- Work closely with the pre-sales, legal, CRM, and documentation teams to ensure smooth post-sale processes.
- Ensure timely follow-up with clients and resolve any issues to maintain satisfaction and reduce drop-offs.
- Reporting & Target Achievement:
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM.
- Report daily/weekly performance metrics to senior management.
- Market Knowledge:
- Stay updated on project details, pricing, competitor activity, and real estate trends.
- Use market insights to handle objections and close deals effectively.
