Job Description
- As a Network (Voice Network Engineer) at the company, your role will involve interfacing with clients for quality assurance, issue resolution, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for understanding requirements, creating and reviewing designs, validating architecture, and offering high levels of service in the technology domain. Your tasks will include project estimation, providing inputs for solution delivery, conducting technical risk planning, and performing code reviews and unit test plan reviews. Additionally, you will lead your teams in developing optimized, high-quality code deliverables, knowledge management, and adherence to organizational guidelines and processes. Key Responsibilities: - Interface with clients for quality assurance and issue resolution - Understand requirements, create and review designs, and validate architecture - Participate in project estimation and provide inputs for solution delivery - Conduct technical risk planning and perform code reviews and unit test plan reviews - Lead teams in developing high-quality code deliverables and knowledge management - Adhere to organizational guidelines and processes Qualifications Required: - Knowledge of more than one technology - Basics of Architecture and Design fundamentals - Knowledge of Testing tools and agile methodologies - Understanding of Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects - Knowledge of one or more Estimation methodologies and Quality processes - Basics of business domain and analytical abilities - Strong Technical Skills and Good communication skills - Good understanding of technology and domain - Ability to demonstrate a sound understanding of software quality assurance principles, SOLID design principles, and modelling methods - Awareness of latest technologies and trends - Excellent problem solving, analytical, and debugging skills Please note that the company is Infosys and the job location is expected to be at the BLR client office on all working days.,
