Job Description
- As a Principal Consultant, Project Manager at Genpact, your role involves coding, testing, and delivering high-quality deliverables while being open to learning new technologies. You will be responsible for defining project goals, scope, deliverables, and timelines. Additionally, you will allocate and manage project resources such as people, budget, and materials. Organizing and leading Scrum ceremonies like sprint planning, daily scrums, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives will also be part of your responsibilities. Your tasks will include creating and managing project schedules, tracking progress, and addressing potential delays. You will identify, assess, and mitigate potential project risks and ensure project deliverables meet the required quality standards. Effective communication with stakeholders about project status, progress, and issues is crucial. Motivating and leading project teams towards achieving project goals, as well as identifying and resolving project issues and obstacles, are also key aspects of your role. You will manage changes to project scope, schedule, or budget and ensure timely resolution of defects by coordinating with the technical team.
