Job Description
- As a Senior Manager (D&T Global Agile Project Manager) at Genpact, you will be part of the Global Digital & Technology (D&T) department, Agile Acceleration (ACE) department, and the Agile Project & Program Management (Agile PPM) area. Your role will involve supporting the hybrid organizational structure of D&T owned products and functional owned products, with the goal of increasing agility, efficiency, and effectiveness in delivery. You will be responsible for transforming the existing project, program, and portfolio delivery and methodology into a way of working that fits in the Agile Team context. Your main focus will be on incorporating customer feedback and continuous releases. **Responsibilities:** - Manage all aspects of delivering the complete solution/product, ensuring business value optimization. - Confirm business requirements, solution architecture, and define project boundaries. - Monitor and report on planning, progress, dependencies, financials, and risks in accordance with Agile principles. - Develop and manage execution, deployment, and transition plans. - Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate risks and impediments. - Define, plan, request, and secure resources to meet project requirements. - Ensure a unified way of working within the Agile Project Management team. - Drive and manage projects in an Agile manner. - Promote core principles of collaboration, prioritization, and team accountability. **Qualifications:** **Minimum Qualifications/Skills:** - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field. - Relevant experience as a Project Manager in complex environments. - Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects effectively. - Excellent technical knowledge of software development methodologies. - Familiarity with Agile practices. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Knowledge of deployment automation and orchestration tools is a plus. - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. **Additional Details:** You will define and implement the project governance model and associated roles and responsibilities across all OpCos and Global Functions. This role involves managing the Regional PMO, liaising with regional transition teams, and monitoring project progress against planned deliverables. You will be responsible for delivering workstream objectives to support the realization of program targets, with a significant budget responsibility of over 50 Mio. **Preferred Qualifications/Skills:** - Project management methodology and affinity with Agile Way of working. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Excellent communication skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. - Attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision. - Flexibility to adapt to varying tasks and responsibilities.
