Job Description

End-to-end recruitment for sales roles

(TSI, ASM, Sales Officers, Distributor Salesmen).

Source candidates through portals (Shine, WorkIndia, LinkedIn), referrals, and field hiring.
Screen and interview candidates in Telugu to assess sales ability, communication, and confidence.
Coordinate with hiring managers for interview scheduling, feedback, and final selection.
Maintain daily recruitment trackers, MIS, and hiring dashboards.
Build and manage a strong talent pipeline for sales roles across Andhra Pradesh & Telangana.
Ensure hiring targets and timelines are met every month.
Handle offer rollouts, salary discussions, and onboarding of selected candidates.
Maintain good candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Work closely with HR team on manpower planning and sales hiring strategies.
