About the Role
We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals for an International Chat & Email Support process . This role requires excellent communication skills, adaptability to rotational night shifts, and the ability to deliver a seamless customer experience across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Handle international customer queries via chat and email with professionalism and empathy.
Ensure prompt resolution of issues while adhering to defined processes and SLAs.
Demonstrate strong written communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Maintain accuracy and quality in every customer interaction.
Work in rotational night shifts with both-way cab facility provided.
Eligibility Criteria
Freshers (Graduates only) or experienced candidates with relevant chat/email process exposure (minimum 1 year).
Excellent written and verbal communication (voice quality should be clear).
Strong typing skills (WPM/accuracy preferred).
Graduates: Mandatory for freshers.
Experienced: Any Graduate/Undergraduate with relevant experience.
Compensation
Freshers (Graduates only): 3.2 LPA (Take Home ~20,000)
1 Year Experience: 3.8 LPA (Take Home ~25,000)
2+ Years Experience: 4.2 LPA (Take Home ~29,000)
