About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Relationship Officer (CASA) to drive acquisition of Current and Savings Accounts, deepen customer relationships, and contribute to branch liability growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire new customers for Current Account & Savings Account (CASA) through open market, references, and branch walk-ins.

• Achieve monthly acquisition & revenue targets.

• Ensure high-quality sourcing with proper KYC compliance.

• Build & maintain relationships with customers to enhance cross-sell opportunities.

• Coordinate with branch teams for lead generation and closures.

• Deliver excellent customer service to ensure repeat business and referrals.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in CASA / Liability Sales in banking.

• Good knowledge of retail banking products & processes.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.

• Local market knowledge will be an added advantage.
