We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Lead to guide and mentor a team of developers in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in .NET Web API, TypeScript, and SQL Server, along with strong leadership and communication skills to drive technical excellence and team performance.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of scalable and secure web applications using .NET Web API, TypeScript, and SQL Server.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Management, QA, and DevOps to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Architect and implement robust backend services and APIs.
- Review code, troubleshoot issues, and optimize application performance.
- Drive continuous improvement in development processes and tools.
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and technical discussions.
- Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and manage risks proactively.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in software development with a strong focus on backend technologies.
- Expertise in .NET Core / .NET Framework, Web API, and C#.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript and modern front-end frameworks (e.g., Angular or React).
- Solid experience with SQL Server, including stored procedures, performance tuning, and database design.
- Proven experience in leading and mentoring development teams.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices is a plus.
