Job Opportunity US Mortgage Underwriter - Credit - Work from Office

Post US Mortgage Underwriter - Credit
Location - Bangalore & Pune - WORK FROM OFFICE
Job Shift - Night (7 Pm to 5 Am) - 5 Days a Week Saturday & Sunday Off
Transport Travelling to be Managed by Self
Immediate joiners preferred

Required Skills & Job Responsibilities U.S. Mortgage Underwriter:
2 or more years of experience in U.S. residential mortgage underwriting.
- Strong understanding of U.S. residential mortgage products and investor guidelines.
- Excellent analytical and decision-making skills, with a focus on maintaining data integrity and accuracy in all underwriting documentation and systems.
- Ability to analyze credit reports, income documents, asset statements, and property appraisals to ensure compliance with investor guidelines.
- Strong working knowledge of 4Cs & Income Calculation
- Experience reviewing and verifying W-2s, pay stubs, tax returns, bank statements, appraisal reports, and other documentation.
- Skilled in evaluating borrower credit reports, calculating DTI (Debt-to-Income) ratios, and calculation various income types (base, self-employment, rental income).
- Strong attention to identifying red flags and applying risk-based decision-making.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
