JobDescriptionEssentialDutiesandResponsibilities:

Experienceindevelopingandimplementingstrategicdigitalmarketingprogramsandcampaignstosupport

businessandbrandobjectives.

Administer,manageanddevelopin-houseomnichanneldigitalmarketingandmarketing

automation/personalizationcapabilitiesbycollaboratingwithproduct,brand,IT,andagenciestoeffectively

providebestpractices,training,andexcellencetoenableprojectandproductsuccess.

Manageanddevelopanalyticsandreportingdashboardstosupporttheunderstandingandmanagementof

digitalmarketingperformances,suchasuserconversion,engagement,cohortanalysis,andotheradvanced

segmentedanalysis.

Workwithmultiplestakeholdersandmanagemultipleprojects/company'sdigitalneeds

Collaboratewiththedigitalteamtomanagedigitaltouchpoints,includingmultipleonlinewebsites,landing

pages,video,email,andmobile.

Guidethedevelopment,coordination,andperformanceofdigitalmarketinginitiatives,includingmonitoring

scheduling,planning.

Maintainathoroughunderstandingofthecustomerjourneyandenhancethedigitalexperiencewherever

possiblethroughautomatedtouchesviaappropriatechannels.Recommendnewtouchpoints.

Suggestandimplementdigitalmarketingmethodstoincreaseleadgeneration.

Stayuptodatewithdigitaltechnologiesandmarketinginnovationdevelopments.

Monitorwebsiteperformanceanddevelopstrategiestoimprovewebsitetrafficandsearchenginerankings.

LiaisebetweenITandthedigitalmarketingteamtodrivethedevelopment,testing,andimplementationof

digitalmarketinginitiatives.

Measure,analyze,andreportondigitalmarketingperformancethroughKPIs,demonstrateROIsoneach

channel,provideactionableinsightsbasedonanalytics,andmakerecommendationsformodificationto

increaseROI.

Bachelor'sdegreeinmarketing,digitalmedia,orrelevantfield.

Minimumoffouryearsofhands-ondigitalmarketingexperience.

Provenexperiencewithmarketingautomation,digitalassetmanagement,andproductinformation

managementisaplus.

Knowledgeandexperiencewithsearchenginemarketing,paidsocialmediaads,webpagedesign,and

optimization.

Strongmanagement,documentation,andorganizationskills.

Excellentoralandwrittencommunicationskills.

Provenabilitytomanagecross-functionalteamsandstakeholders.

Abilitytoeffectivelycommunicateinformationandideasinwrittenandverbalformat,andbuildandmaintain

relationships.

ProficientwithdataanalysistechniquesandadvancedExcelskills.

Proficientinmeasuringandanalyzingonlinemarketingcampaignsincludingorganicandpaidsearch,email,

display,andsocial.

Provenabilitytothinklogicallyandcreativelytodevelopinnovative,newsolutions.

Abilitytomanagemultipleprojectssimultaneouslyandtomeetdeadlines.

Solidunderstandingofwebmetricsanddigitalanalyticswiththeabilitytogenerate,analyze,andinterpret

data.

Excellentcomputerproficiency(MSOffice-Word,Excel,andOutlook)
